    Hello Dawn,

Balloons over Britain try to make it possible for any person to fly. There are certain restrictions such as anyone confined to a wheelchair cannot fly for safety reasons. Many of the baskets do have seats such as Bailey Balloon’s G-CEWX balloon. Balloons over Britain offer flights over many locations and you can find these on the website http://www.balloonsoverbritain.co.uk/locations.php Once your husband has decided where he would like to fly, he should contact the balloon operator in that area to discuss his requirements. Alternatively, you can contact Balloons over Britain directly on 0845 071 6388 to enquire about prices, availabilites and your husband’s requirements.
